By accessing or using Food Warz ("Service", "App") — a Telegram Mini App for AI-powered nutrition tracking — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, Telegram's Terms of Service, and Telegram's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Food Warz provides nutrition tracking, AI-based meal analysis, calorie and macronutrient statistics, gamification (team challenges, leaderboards), and optional Premium subscription features. The Service is offered "as is" and may change over time.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you warrant that you meet this requirement.

The Service provides informational estimates only. AI-based calorie and nutrient analysis is approximate and not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Consult a healthcare provider for health-related decisions.
Premium subscriptions are processed through approved payment systems (e.g., Telegram Stars, TON). Pricing, renewal cycles, and cancellation terms are disclosed at purchase. Refunds are subject to the applicable payment provider's policies.
Food Warz and its content (excluding user-generated content) are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where feasible.
