Food Warz ("we", "our", "Service") is a Telegram Mini App for AI-powered nutrition tracking. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.
When you use the Mini App, Telegram shares with us: your Telegram user ID, public name, username, profile picture (if available), language preference, and theme parameters. This is necessary for the Service to function.
We store: meal records (photos, text, AI analysis results), profile data (age, weight, height, goals), water intake, favorites, guild/team memberships, referral links, and subscription status.
We may collect IP address, device type, and usage analytics (e.g., navigation events) to improve the Service and ensure security.
We use your data to: provide nutrition tracking and AI meal analysis; calculate statistics and display progress; run team challenges and leaderboards; process subscriptions; send notifications (e.g., meal reminders); improve the Service; and comply with legal obligations.
Meal photos and descriptions may be sent to OpenAI (GPT Vision) for nutritional analysis. OpenAI processes data according to their Privacy Policy. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Telegram Stars, TON). We do not store payment card details.
Data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal or operational purposes.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: service providers (hosting, analytics, AI) under contractual obligations; authorities when required by law; or with your consent.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; object to processing; and data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights. EU/EEA and UK users have additional GDPR rights.
