Terms of Use — FoodWarz

1. Acceptance

By using FoodWarz in Telegram, MAX, Android (Google Play or RuStore), or iOS (App Store), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Service.

When FoodWarz displays nutrition content from the FatSecret Platform API, you also agree to the applicable FatSecret Platform API Terms of Use.

2. Service description

FoodWarz helps you log meals, estimate calories and macros with AI, track stats, reminders and game mechanics. It does not replace medical or dietitian advice.

3. Account

Telegram and MAX sign-in use the corresponding messenger account. Other available sign-in methods depend on country and store and may include Google, Apple, Telegram, MAX, VK ID, Yandex ID, email, or an allowed guest mode.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content or content you have no rights to.
Do not attempt to bypass limits or access other users’ data.
Do not use the Service for medical diagnosis or treatment.

5. AI accuracy

Calorie and macro estimates are approximations. We do not guarantee perfect recognition of photos, voice or text.

6. Paid features

Premium terms are shown before checkout. Subscriptions and trials are processed by Google Play or the App Store; RuStore purchases use RuStore Pay; supported Russian regional builds may offer one-time YooKassa access without auto-renewal. Purchases remain unavailable in MAX until the Service integrates and displays a supported payment method. Manage or cancel a subscription in the store that processed it.

7. Personal data

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on app data.
